Tailored Art, Crafted for You

Every Moncasso collection is created exclusively for us through carefully selected artist collaborations and Studio Twelve. You won't find our artwork anywhere else. By developing each collection ourselves, we can continually refine, customise and evolve our designs to suit your home and personal style.

Colours, Sizes & Framing

Love a design but envision it in different colours, or need a size beyond our standard range? Many of our collections can be tailored to your space, from subtle tonal refinements to entirely new colour palettes, created by our artists and Studio Twelve. Bespoke dimensions can often be accommodated too. Simply share the artwork name, along with the colours or size you have in mind, and we'll confirm availability and a tailored quote.

Our floating frames are handcrafted in your choice of black, white, gold, walnut, silver or natural pinewood. If you have a particular frame preference or would like our recommendation, we're here to help ensure your finished piece feels perfectly considered for your space.

Design Preview & Approval

Before any custom piece goes to print, we'll send you a digital preview to review. If you'd like any refinement, colours, sizing or otherwise, we're happy to make those adjustments at this stage. Once you approve the final preview, your order moves into printing and can no longer be changed or cancelled, so we'd encourage you to take your time and letr us know of any changes before signing off.

Customisation Fees

• £50 per design for bespoke edits - including colour adjustments or custom sizes

• Complimentary customisation on orders over £400

• More advanced design edits or detailed artwork changes start from £100 (quoted individually)

• As each bespoke piece is created specifically for you, the design fee and the full order become non-refundable once your order is confirmed, should you later decide to cancel.

For sets of 2 or 3 prints, we charge £50 for the first design and £25 for each additional artwork in the same set. For example, a set of two would be £75, and a set of three £100. Complimentary on orders over £300 total.

Returns & Cancellations
Because every custom piece is made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once confirmed, as they cannot be restocked or resold. If anything arrives damaged or isn't made to the standard you'd expect, we'll always make it right with a replacement.

• The artwork name

• Details of the changes you’d like (colours, size, frame)

• Any reference images or inspiration

We’ll respond within one business day to discuss your options and provide a bespoke quote.
